The first official meeting with the new committee will be next week. I propose Wednesday the 28th.

It shall be held at my flat at 20:00

If you have any trouble in finding it on the day or otherwise give me a call on 07813122650 or PM me.

And yes there will be coffee and biscuits. :)

If enough people can't make it I can change the date.

Main projected issues to be discussed -

- New society name and website
- Transport
- Equipment Purchase
- Freshers Week

Other than the acutal committee who are definately coming, who can make it? If I can get a rough idea of numbers it would make it a bit easier to buy the right quantity of biscuits! :D

Word on the street is the SRC have finally confirmed that Freshers Week is between the 18th and 22nd of September.

They haven't appointed a Freshers Fair Coordinator yet. (shock!)
