Site Announce Thread

This thread is for posting any new stuff about the GUNS site and the GUNS forum. Don't post anything here except said announcements. So, for example, if you post an article to the Articles (http://guns.joanddave.co.uk/forum/cms_articles.php?cid=1) section, you should also post an announcement in this thread, linking to it. The reason for this is that there is no mechanism for people to know a new article has been posted built in to the BB.

1) Don't reply to this thread about the stuff announced in it. Each article generates it's own thread you can post comments in.

2) This isn't the most ideal place for this thread, but it's the best place I have available. So live with it.

So, I was supposed to write an article about web standards and why they are important. However, I got fired up by some idiotically opinioned admins on a CS server, and wrote this (http://guns.joanddave.co.uk/forum/cms_view_article.php?aid=4) instead.
