I read this as Super Combine Massacre RPG.

reading the interview, the kid (he was in a high school near Columbine) that created this does have a point. America was quick to condemn the killers, but much less quick to ask why were they able to kill their classmates so easily.

There are much more violent games on the market, there are more sensitive issues being trodden (invading middle eastern countries in games? what a silly idea).

maybe he's just dealing with his grief with some creativity.
