I've created a wiki page for each of the roles I think would be useful.

This is a guide to what the roles should be.

Also included is the current copy of the constitution:

The constitution has not been ratified by anyone yet, I think we should do this at the AGM as the first thing.
At the moment, it's up for discussion.

Any improvements to the roles (are they too many, too few) or the role responsiblities can be discussed here.

Server Admin - Should the website be included here, or left open to the committee to decide?


Would that also include layout decisions such as cabling, tables, seating arrangement because if the lans get much bigger this will be a major concern. Particularly power distribution and hub layouts.

I had put it as the network/server admin as both tie up in my mind. In terms of setaing/placement it is not exactly challenging but a person needs to take responsability for actualy going with a decision and then sorting problems if they exist, even if that means you will not be gaming while you sort the problems.
