New lan date

Hi folks,

You wanting another LAN? OK, when do you want it to happen?

As a starting point, can I suggest the weekend of the 23rd and 24th of July - Saturday and Sunday.

Post if you can make it, post if you want another date.

Personally I'm working full time right now, and they always want me to work saturday and sunday, so getting the time off could be problematic. Monday tuesday wednesday would suit me a lot better

I Know Aaron is working at the weekends as well. I think he would vote for the weekdays too.

From the chat in the pub, the consensus is that most of us have the Saturday the 30th and Sunday the 31st of July free. Therefore, the LAN is penciled in for that weekend instead of the 23rd.

Yes, this is the weekend. Broadly speaking, we have some people that work weekends and some people that work weekdays. I'm sorry we can't please both groups, but we have to try and get the most fun for the most people. The best we can do is set the date a few weeks in advance to let you try and get the days swapped / days off.
