Pixie's got the piece of paper you need to get into the williams room (well, to get the key, anyway)

Saying that, the room is probably going to be unlocked, so you should be able to gain access and just wait until pixie and the gang turn up.

What sort of time are you guys all arriving at? g0r and myself are keen to get there early to help set up, but it all depends on what time g0r can get a hold of the car.

I am currently the person that is setting everything up. I have the papers for getting the keys, equipment, timetable and everything else. I would post a copy of the timetable but I have nowere to host from right now. If people could start showing up about 10 that would be great. I have about 4 hours set aside for the Tournement, I hope this will be enough.

Yeah cool - doubt we'd be able to get there much earlier than that, anyway. You got people to help you out with setup? I'll probably need to do a bit of quick configuration on one of the servers when I arrive to set up a dedicated CS server and ventrilo.
