Formerly known as the Royal Hong Kong Police, the Red-hot Killer Penguins are a casual Counter-Strike clan based in Northern Ireland.

The Royal Hong Kong Police was formed as a four-man CS clan in August 2002 and merging with [BDLT] one year later to form the Red-hot Killer Penguins. It was decided at the end of 2003 to begin their competitive career as a team, starting in division 3 of the EnemyDown Counter-Strike ladder.
Reading between the lines, the Garda decided that the name was suspicious and didn;t want wars between 14 year old CS clans breaking out.

LOL! I'm a first year here at Glasgow and I am from RHKP. I have absolutely no idea what DAve just said but I will have to take it as a compliment!

I look forward to meeting you all at a LAN some time in the future. :D

Only one prob. Donkey Kong was impossible to keep on the track sometimes so I always plumbed for Yoshi instead. :-D

Koopa and toad were ok but they were n00b chars useful for mushroom and flower cup only. Then there was the problem of speed in star and special with em.
