Wow, Epox have a crap website.
I can't see anything to suggest that that cpu (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-183-AM&groupid=701&catid=6&subcat=567) wouldnt work on that mobo (http://www.epox.nl/english/products/motherboard/9nda3+.htm), but given the level of support they have on their site i wouldnt take that as definitive. Maybe you wanna check a few hardware support forums?

You will probably need to flash your bios to support the dual cores but as far as I can remember the nforce chipset supports dual core just fine. But I only ever remember checking about the nForce 4 chipset. The latest bios on the Epox site does not actually have a change log so I have no idea if it will allow it or not. More research is required.
Cannon linked to the wrong site (couldn't understand why my mobo didn't show), don't ask me why that otherone exists it is crap.
go here
http://www.epox.com.tw/eng/support.php?ps=322&type=1
get the latest bios it supports dual core. away you go!

Youre installing it for the first time as a secondary? Maybe check your boot order in the bios settings and check if you need to install/update a sata driver. Take it it boots normally without the sata drive installed?
